  Make a wish list - To help me find the best homes for you, start to put together what is most important to you.  Assign a priority to each item.  Examples: Location, school district, number of bedrooms, baths, basement or slab, type of yard, orientation of the home etc. This will weed out homes and make better use of your time.  It can be exhausting and confusing if you preview too many homes.

  Making the offer- Here is where my services will be priceless to you.  I have the ability to do a comparative market analysis to determine a fair price for you, along with other very important information that we use to close the deal.  We can discuss these options at a later date.
